A leading cinnamon supply chain

During cinnamon sourcing, the growing areas are, of course, not chosen arbitrarily. Located in North-eastern Vietnam, the selected region is reputed for offering excellent quality cinnamon.

Besides the optimum growing conditions for cinnamon trees, the region is protected from pollution. A producer recently explained to us how their isolated region has become completely autonomous: « Every farmer owns a forest of cinnamon trees, a fish pond, orchards and vegetable gardens for food self-sufficiency and small poultry and pig farming ».
