Vitafoods 2018 fair : our selection of highlights

From  May 15 to 17 the international fair Vitafoods, one of the most important in the field of dietary supplements, will take place in Geneva.

The program of these three days is extremely rich with more than 1000 supplier, multiple expert conferences and numerous possibilities to find out about the latest trends in the industry.

We have selected some highlights for you in connection with our DNA.

Tuesday 15 May : attend the presentation on the Royal jelly organised by Natural Origins.

Have you ever asked yourself how the Royal jelly is made, which are the optimal production conditions to ensure its quality and how to distinguish yourself from your competitors?

Maxime Angelucci, DG of Natural Origins, will explain it to you and invite you to a voyage into the heart of the topic and the sector. This 30 minutes presentation will take place at the stand of Phytéo Laboratoire (stand J20) on Tuesday 15 May at 2:30 PM. Please find the program of the presentation. The Vitafoods 2018 fair is also the occasion to discover new products. We also take this opportunity to unveil our new identity, Natural Origins.

Natural Origins is the name which best fits our project, namely to offer you the best of the plant world, to connect you to the origins of your ingredients and to accompany you in the creation of the latter.

Carried by the team of Herb’s international service, we invite you to our stand H190 to discover our approach towards the agricultural supply chain and our product innovations.

The sustainability in food supply conference: Is your supply chain sustainable and simple?

Moderated by Jade Sterling (Vitafoods insights) and Ged Futter (Innovative Retailing Solutions), this presentation will take place 16 May at 12:10 PM at Vitafoods Centre Stage. Here are some of the topics which will be discussed :

• Create a long-term relationship with one’s partners is essential, are your relations lasting?
• A simple supply chain keeps costs low and transparency high, how about yours?
• Doesn't a simple and lasting supply chain make sense?

The HPTLC Conference: A pragmatic approach to ingredient quality: identity, purity & content

Moderated by Michel Horn (EHPM) and Eike Reich (CAMAG), this presentation is about botanical products and discusses the problems of quality, different regulations, but also the means to prevent the cross-contaminations of plant species and to preserve the purity of the products. It will take place on Thursday May 17 à 11:35 AM at Vitafoods Centre Stage.
