The Natural Origins team is proud to present its complete range of products, enabling aromatic and medicinal botanicals to be bagged on the very site where they are cut, sprayed and mixeded.

A comprehensive site for an exhaustive range of services

There are 5 key steps in the manufacturing of a range of finished product, each requiring strict expertise. Beyond the thrill of a product launch, the brand may feel helpless faced with the complexity of the process, and not have all the resources needed to get through each step serenely.
So that you can make your project a reality with complete confidence, find out below more about the benefits of being accompanied by Natural Origins and all the essential steps involved in making your Doypack®.

The steps from our botanical sourcing to your Doypack®

1. Sourcing of botanicals

  • Raw materials selected in nearly 60 countries from farmers and cooperatives based on precise specifications
  • Freshly harvested botanicals with powerful aromatic properties
  • The guarantee of the best batches and origins (traceability & transparency) in conventional, organic, For Life or Fair for Life quality
  • Tasting sessions for each batch, based on our reference glossaries

2. Analytical monitoring

  • The quarantine phase enables us to carry out our standard analyses, both in-house and externally, in certified laboratories
  • Additional, customised analyses are carried out, on request
  • Particular attention is paid to panel tasting, which definitively releases the manufactured batch

3. The Botanical Studio® & Workshop

A dedicated step to design, to stand out from the crowd and to create your own exceptional and customised blend based on:

  • pre-chosen aromatic notes, citrus, aromatic, spicy, floral, fruity, herbaceous and sweet flavours...
  • health claims*
  • a target product colour, reflecting the colours of rooibos, white tea, black tea or green tea
  • a target audience with specific requirements (children, etc.),
  • a type of packaging

We dedicate a day to you so that together we can taste the blends, make adjustments and answer your questions about their design.

4. Industrial manufacturing in accordance with our standards or customised design

  • Determining the most appropriate cut according to the desired final packaging and the brand’s quality criteria
  • Respecting the particle size and density, essential for the bagging step that follows
  • Cutting trials are possible depending on the complexity of the botanical

5. Packaging in Doypacks®

  • Our production line bags your blends in Doypacks® from 50 to 150g, from 1000 units (for kraft Doypacks®)
  • A best-before date and batch number are printed directly on the Doypack®
  • The Doypacks® are then grouped together in cartons, by 10, 15 or 50 units (according to your specifications)
  • Your finished products are stored with us for a maximum period of 6 months and dispatched to you at the pace indicated beforehand
