Discover our flagship sports nutrition drink in a new light: Baobab Workout. Without compromising the composition or quality, it is the ideal botanical and fruit-based supplement for athletes seeking to improve their performance.

## **A 100% botanical-based drink that promotes hydration and recovery**

Made from simple, all-natural ingredients, Baobab Workout is a powder drink that can be reconstituted. Its blend of powdered fruits such as banana, mango and passion fruit, and botanicals such as baobab and oats, makes it a highly nutritious product. In fact, we've succeeded in enhancing the baobab by combining it with a selection of delicious ingredients to offer the very best to sports fans, especially those at high level.

- **Rich in Vitamin C,** it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, protects cells against oxidative stress, reduces fatigue and increases iron absorption.

- **Rich in potassium, magnesium and a source of calcium, phosphorous and iron,** **Baobab Workout** helps with **muscle function, energy metabolism and bone health, and promotes the production of red blood cells and oxygen transport in the body, while reducing fatigue. **The minerals also enable the body to compensate for water loss, promoting recovery and rehydration.

The vitamins and minerals in our natural Baobab Workout formulation, with their carbohydrate content equivalent to 23g per portion, support energy expenditure.

During prolonged efforts, baobab's high [prebiotic fibre](https://www.mynaturalorigins.com/en/blog/in-what-applications-can-baobab-powder-be-used) content ensures digestive well-being while energy is gradually released.

Our drink enables you to fill up on vitality and energy, with no added sugar, no artificial colourings, no artificial flavourings, no GMOs and no lactose!
